Black Star Plaza#

The plaza lies on the main axis between the transit hub and the National Gateway. A large black star stands directly in its fountain. On matchdays it is a fan zone; on other days it is a public square for gatherings, national celebrations and everyday use.

National Football Academy and training pitches#

The academy headquarters sits beside five floodlit training pitches. It is planned for youth and elite players, with classrooms, coaching space and accommodation, so education and training share one site.

Transit hub, buses and parking#

A bus and rapid transit interchange brings visitors to the head of the plaza. Car and coach parking sits at the campus edge to keep the centre pedestrian.

Transport modes shown are conceptual. They are not approved public transport links, and they depend entirely on the eventual site and on national and city transport plans.

Energy infrastructure#

Solar canopies over parking, solar glazing on the outer roof and a battery backed campus microgrid are proposed. Output and self sufficiency figures are deliberately not given until an energy study exists.

The campus mix, sizes and phasing would be set by feasibility and demand studies. See the site masterplan drawing A-010 and the roadmap.
