How we handle your data.
Who we are
This website is published by NEXKOOMSON, which is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact page. It presents Ghana National Stadium, an independent concept proposal. It is not a government website.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: the type of enquiry, your name, your email address, and optionally your organisation and role, plus your message. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not ask for an account.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation for as long as it continues. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel, which handles requests to the site and keeps short lived technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. Form messages are relayed by email to the project inbox through FormSubmit (or Resend, if enabled). They are not stored in a database on this website. Messages are not stored in a database on this website. Both providers may process data outside Ghana under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last message in the conversation, then deleted, unless an ongoing professional relationship means a longer record is needed. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not kept with your message.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form, choosing “Public feedback”. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. The contact form checks every submission on the server, limits repeated submissions and filters automated spam. No payment or identity details are ever requested.
Changes
